1. How do I find the right lens adapter for my camera?
1.Find your lens mount and your camera mount. 2.Identifying your lens mount: The easiest way to find and confirm your lens mount is to know the mount of the camera it was used on originally. A quick internet search of the camera model followed by lens mount is a sure way to confirm what lens mount you need. For example if you have an old Nikon lens and you know it was used on a Nikon FM2, you can easily find that the lens has a Nikon F-mount. This is particularly useful for lenses that are made for different mounts i.e Sigma and Tamron bring out the same lens with different mounts including EF, F,E so knowing the camera the lens was used on is a good shortcut. If you have an old second hand lens and you are unsure of the camera it was made for, take all the known details of the lens and search the web. 3.Identifying your camera mount: A quick internet search of the camera model followed by lens mount is the quickest way to confirm your camera’s lens mount. E.g. If you have a Sony A7r, a quick search shows it has a Sony E-mount.

2. My camera won't take a photo with the adapter, what do I do?
Try changing your camera settings to ‘shoot without lens’. Our lens adapters are fully manual,and therefore you need to manually set all electronic functions on your lens and camera.If your camera won’t take a photo,it’s probably because your camera can’t sense a lens attached,that’s why you need to set it to ‘shoot without lens’.Ensure all settings on your lens and camera are put into manual mode too.

3. How do I adjust the aperture with a lens adapter on?
Manually set your aperture. If your lens has an aperture ring,use that to set the aperture, and if your lens doesn’t you’ll need to set it manually through your camera settings.

4. Why do my photos have a thick black band when using my adapter?
Most likely because you’re using a crop sensor (APS-C) lens on a full frame camera, which causes vignetting or a black border around your image. The black border effect isn’t an issue with your lens adapter,it’s because the size of the lens is designed for a smaller camera sensor.So when you use the APS-C lens with a full frame camera sensor,there is a border around the outside where light from the lens cannot reach.This appears as a black band in the image. Here is an analogy to help you think of this in a different way:Imagine your APS-C lens is a 6x8 photograph and you want to frame it. Your full sensor camera is like a 10x12 picture frame.If you want to use this frame for that photo,there’s going to be some blank space around it. To avoid this happening,you can use crop sensor lenses with crop sensor cameras,and use full frame sensor lenses with crop sensor cameras although the image will be cropped by the size of your camera sensor.

5. After using the lens adapter, most of the functions need to be adjusted manually?
Please note:Although the lens will fit physically,automatic diaphragm,auto-focusing,or any other functions will not operate while using this adapter. There is no electrical contacts in the adapter ring.Full manual operation, manual focus, manual iris adjustment can be achieved with body manual exposure,aperture priority exposure. In this case "stop-down mode" will need to be used when metering since the lens does not have the ability to have its aperture controlled by the camera body. You can shoot in Manual or Aperture Priority Mode. Before use, set your camera Menu:"Shoot without lens".

6. Whether to support infinity focus after using the lens adapter ring？
The longer Flange distance lens to the shorter Flange distance camera,then could use the infinity focus. but if the shorter Flange distance lens to longer Flange distance camera,then could not use the infinity focus,you can focus on a limited distance.

7. NIkon lens is connected to Samsung NX2000 with Nikon-NX (AI-NX) adapter, indicating that there is no lens？
this adapter ring is not suitable for Samsung NX1000,NX2000,NX3000.

8. I bought a Nikon G mount for the Nikon AI lens, why can't I use the aperture adjustment function?
If you want to use nikon AI lens on this Nikon(G) adapter ring,it could be attached, but the aperture control ring could not be used，as there is a pin on Nikon G lens that could move the aperture control ring but no on AI lens.

9. Can't adjust the aperture with our ordinary adapter ring?
If you adjust the aperture through the camera,after using the adapter ring,the aperture is no longer adjustable, and you need to set the aperture priority exposure;if the lens itself can adjust the aperture,you can adjust the aperture through the lens after connecting the adapter ring.

10. What should I do if I feel a little loose after installing the ring?
slight amount of rotational movement of the lens in the adapter is normal and nothing to be concerned about.All lenses rotate a slight amount in any mount (be it brand name or third party) this is due to the space needed for the locking pin to engage,so that slight rotational movement is the locking pin moving around in the hole. If there is ever any more than a slight amount of rotational play,you may want to try tightening the lens mount adapter so it will hold the lens tighter to the mount. There are 3 flanges in the middle of the adapter (what the lens locks onto) that are split open slightly,this gap is what gives the tension that holds the lens tight to the body.Over time and with use these gaps decrease in size, no longer pulling the lens tight to the adapter, which allows the lens to move inside the mount more than it should. To tighten the fit,get a slim metal object (a #1.5 or #2.0 small flat eyeglass screwdriver is ideal) and insert it into the slit to open it up just a little bit (see images below, make sure to do it to all 3 evenly).The more you open the gap, the tighter the lens will be to the adapter;too much and the lens will have a hard time mounting so make sure to do it just a little bit at a time to all 3 flanges evenly,it doesn’t take much at all to get a tight fit. Note:please do not use too much strength,or the shrapnel will be damaged.

3. Do you have magnetic step up rings?
Yes, if UV is not used, the adapter ring must be used

4. Will the filters also be available individually? otherwise a quick-change system would be pointless, because you only need a basic set and can then change.
The UV filter can be used alone. ND and CPL need a matching magnetic adapter ring, because the camera lens itself is not magnetic and cannot be directly attracted to ND and CPL.

5. What does a Circular Polarizing filter do?
This filter will help to eliminate light reflecting off surfaces (water,glass,etc) and will also increase the contrast in blue skies with clouds.The blue sky will appear darker blue while the clouds will appear brighter white.You can adjust the amount of polarization in your image by looking through your camera viewfinder,then spinning the filter until you see the desired effect.

7. What do Neutral Density filters do?
Neutral Density filters allow you greater control over how much light enters your camera. Limiting the amount of light entering your camera allows you to shoot long exposures on a tripod, over time any moving element in the photo will blue (water, clouds, etc), this provides a sense of movement in a still image. You can also limit the amount of light entering your camera for greater control over depth of field (subject in focus, blur the background). With less light you can shoot at lower apertures, this would be impossible on a bright sunny day without an ND filter.

8. Can I combine a K&F VND filter with a Circular Polarizing filter?
The K&F VND filter is made of two circular polarizing filters. Adding a third CP filter will cause cross polarization issues and is not recommended. If you wish to shoot with a ND filter and a CPL filter at the same time, we recommend using a set stop value ND filter instead of a VND.

9. Which is best,leaving a protective filter to on the lens and adding a circular polarizer on top,or removing the protective filter before installing the polarizer?
A K&F Concept UV Protector filter can be kept on your lens at all times to protect it. It provides the added benefit of removing the excess bluishness often seen in distant scenes or shots taken over water,etc.You can mount a K&F Concept Circular Polarizer on top of your UV Protector if you wish,or you can remove the UV and replace it with the polarizer if you prefer the results will be virtually the same.

Yes, it can shoot video continuously. You can't have internet. It uses SD card to save videos and photos. But we also now have tracking cameras with wifi or 4G capabilities, you can find them in the menu.

7. Will the SD card be overwritten and continue to run when it is full?
You can set "Loop Recording" on or off. When the SD card reaches its capacity, selecting the On option will cause the oldest files to be overwritten by the newly captured files. After selecting the Off option, the camera will stop capturing images once the SD card reaches capacity.

2. Poor Signal Between the Video Baby Monitor and Camera.
1.Reset the monitor by poking the small hole behind the monitor. For some baby monitor models, the RESET button is on the back of the monitor stand. 2.Remove the camera and re-pair it to the monitor. 3.Move the monitor closer to the camera. 4.Try to remove electronic devices that could cause signal interference between the camera and the monitor, such as mobile phones, stereos, Bluetooth headsets, etc.

3. How should I do when the camera fails to connect during the process?
1.Use the pin to press and hold the Reset button for 5-6s to reset the camera before connecting the camera. You will hear "Reset Success" at a successful reset; 2.The camera only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. 5. Abnormal Image on the Baby Monitor Screen.
If you have encountered the monitor’s display screen that is black, blurry, flashing or showing any abnormal color image, here are some tips for you. 1.Remove the camera from the monitor to check if the monitor display screen is still abnormal. 2.If the image is still abnormal, please try to reset the monitor by poking the reset hole on the back of the monitor. For some baby monitor models, the RESET button is on the back of the monitor stand.

6. What can I do if Tuya smart shows "Device disconnected"?
1.Make sure the camera is powered on and the network of the router works well. 2.Restart the camera. If the camera still disconnects after the restart, please remove the camera from the App, then connect it again.

Delete the camera from your CloudEdge account. After resetting the device, use the new Wi-Fi and password to add it again.

8. My Baby Monitor Cannot Power On.
1.Monitor：Please connect the baby monitor to the provided charging adapter using a micro USB charging cable, and then plug the charging adapter into a wall outlet to charge the monitor. The LED indicator next to the charging port on the monitor will display a red indicator, then press the power button to power on the monitor. 2.Camera：Please connect the baby camera to the provided charging adapter using a micro USB charging cable, and then plug the charging adapter into a wall outlet to power on the baby camera. Please note the baby camera does not have a built-in battery and it needs to be connected to a wall outlet at all times to stay powered on.

9. How can I get my camera connected to another Wi-Fi?
1.If the current Wi-Fi of the camera and Wi-Fi you would like to switch can be connected at the same time, you can switch the Wi-Fi directly by selecting Wi-Fi Network in the interface of Setting. 2.If the camera is disconnected to the current Wi-Fi, the App will say "Device disconnected".
