About Submissions

Is there any entry fee?

This campaign is free to enter. However, any internet fees, equipment costs, or other personal expenses incurred during participation are the responsibility of the user.
What is the campaign schedule?

You can submit your entry on this campaign page from June 5 to July 16. Voting will be open from July 17 to July 24. The official winners will be announced on July 25.
Do I retain the copyright to my submitted work?

Yes. Users retain the copyright to their submitted works. However, by submitting an entry, users confirm that they are the original creator of the work and legally own all rights to it.
What types of content are not allowed?

Submissions must not contain copyrighted sports event materials, including event logos, trademarks, mascots, trophies, broadcast screenshots, match footage, clearly identifiable professional team logos or official jerseys, unauthorized images of players, AI-generated or AI-edited content, violent, discriminatory, offensive, unsafe, or platform-inappropriate content, or any content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Is this campaign affiliated with any official football event or organization?

No. This campaign is independently organized by K&F CONCEPT and is not affiliated with or sponsored by any official football event or organization.
Will all submitted works be publicly displayed?

K&F CONCEPT may review submitted works before they are displayed. Featured works may be shown on the campaign page, Gallery, social media, newsletter, or other official channels. Works that are not featured will only be visible to the submitting user.
How may K&F CONCEPT use my submitted work?

By submitting a work, users grant K&F CONCEPT a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, copy, edit, display, and publish the submitted work for this campaign-related promotion, brand communication, website display, social media, newsletter, advertising, and other related commercial or promotional purposes.
What if my work includes recognizable people?

If your work includes recognizable people, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions from those individuals. If any dispute arises regarding portrait rights, privacy rights, copyright, trademark rights, or other third-party rights, the submitting user is responsible for resolving it.
How will my personal information be used?

K&F CONCEPT may collect and use information necessary for campaign operation, including submission review, winner notification, prize delivery, fraud prevention, and customer support. This information may include account information, email address, submitted works, social media account, shipping address after winning, contact information, and other related details. About Your Works

What types of works are accepted in this campaign?

This campaign only accepts photo submissions. Video submissions are not accepted.
What requirements must my submitted work meet?

The image file must not exceed 10 MB and must retain complete EXIF information.
How many works can each user submit? Can I participate in all three submission themes?

You can submit multiple entries, and there is no limit on the number of submissions. You may also participate in all three submission themes. However, only one image can be uploaded for each submission.
Do I have to use K&F CONCEPT products in my submission?

The Shot Beyond Sight theme requires the use of K&F CONCEPT products. The other two themes do not have this requirement. However, if you use K&F CONCEPT products, please select the product you used when submitting your work. This can help other users learn from your work if it is featured.
Can I submit a work that I have already posted on my personal social media account?

Yes. You can submit it as long as the work is your original creation, you own all rights to it, and it has not been used for commercial purposes or involved in any copyright dispute.
Can I use AI-generated or AI-edited works?

No. This campaign does not accept AI-generated or AI-edited images. All submitted works must be original photographs taken by the user.
Can I edit my photo before submitting it?

Basic adjustments that do not change the authenticity of the work are allowed. However, AI editing, AI-generated elements, composites that change the original scene, or any editing that may mislead the judges or viewers is not allowed.
Do I need to keep the original file?

We recommend keeping the original file. If your work is shortlisted or selected as a winner, K&F CONCEPT may request the original file for verification.

About Awards

What are the themes of this campaign?

This campaign includes three themes: Frames of Football, More Than Sport, and Shot Beyond Sight.
Frames of Football
This theme is suitable for works that capture everyday football culture, such as fan emotions, street football, campus football, community matches, football field lighting, details of shoes and grass, sideline moments, and more.
More Than Sport
This theme is suitable for works that express the emotions and personal journey behind sports, such as persistence in running, effort during uphill cycling, trying again after failure, details during hiking, sweat and light, tension before a challenge, and relief after a breakthrough.
Shot Beyond Sight
This theme is suitable for works that use photography techniques or gear to capture sports visuals that are hard to see with the naked eye, such as long-exposure motion trails, panning shots, night sports photography, action close-ups, POV shots, filter-based creativity, tripod-supported shooting, and lighting for night photography.
What awards are available in this campaign? How will they be selected?

The final award settings are subject to the official announcement by K&F CONCEPT. The current awards include: Best Atmosphere Award, Best Hidden Football Moment, Best Persistence Award, Best Emotion Award, Best Motion Award, Best Creator Tutorial.
To qualify for the awards above, participants must submit their works under the corresponding campaign theme. After the voting period begins, nominated works will be displayed in the "Vote for Your Favorite" section. Final winners will be determined based on the number of user votes.
The nomination criteria include, but are not limited to, theme relevance, composition and visual design, lighting and color, technical quality, creativity and originality, and emotional or storytelling expression.
Once the voting period begins, all users may participate in voting. Users can vote for any nominated work in the campaign and may vote for multiple works.
However, to ensure a fair voting process, each user may vote only once for the same nominated work.
In addition, the current awards include:
Featured Submission Award: This award is open to all submission themes, with no limit on the number of winners. It recognizes outstanding works with strong storytelling, creativity, or visual highlights. To qualify, a participant must have at least 3 submitted works featured during the campaign.
Top Community Commentator: This award is given to users who provide professional suggestions, genuine feedback, or meaningful interaction in the comment section. To qualify, users must leave authentic, insightful, and professional comments on featured works. A total of 20 winners will be selected.
Brand Insight Ambassador: This award is given to users who show a deep understanding of K&F CONCEPT products and share real user experiences through submissions or comments. To qualify, users must share meaningful insights into the brand's sports photography accessories, professional understanding of purchased K&F CONCEPT products, or high-quality comments about their actual user experience. A total of 10 winners will be selected.
How Does Ranking Highlights Work?
Once your submission is selected and featured on the activity page, it will automatically participate in the Ranking Highlights leaderboard.
Leaderboard scores are calculated based on community engagement:
- 1 Like = 1 Leaderboard Score
- 1 Comment = 2 Leaderboard Scores
The leaderboard is updated every Friday at 00:00 (UTC). Each week, 15 featured entries will be selected for the leaderboard and rewarded based on their ranking:
- #1–#5: 500 Membership Points each
- #6–#10: 300 Membership Points each
- #11–#15: 100 Membership Points each
Membership Points can be used to redeem exclusive member rewards, photography gear, and enter points-based lucky draws.
The more engagement your work receives, the higher your leaderboard score, ranking, and reward opportunities.
How will winners be notified?

If a user wins, K&F CONCEPT will contact the user through official channels and may require the user to provide their name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and other information needed to claim the prize. Winners must claim their prizes within 7 days after the award announcement, or the prize will be forfeited. Prizes will be shipped within 10 business days after the campaign ends.
Who is responsible for customs duties on prizes?

Customs duties incurred during the delivery of official campaign prizes will be covered by K&F CONCEPT. However, for prizes redeemed with points, any customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees will be the responsibility of the user.

Special Notes

This campaign is open to real users only.
Submission records, reward eligibility, and selection results will be counted by account.
The system will identify and review abnormal registration and submission behavior.
If batch registration, use of multiple fake accounts, or other malicious behavior is found, K&F CONCEPT reserves the right to cancel the participation and award eligibility of the relevant accounts.
