Coming soon: Black and white 135 film Leica Monopan 50

Leica is about to release a new black and white 135 film Leica Monopan 50

Specifications are 36 sheets/roll, sensitivity IS050, with ultra-fine particles and wide spectral sensitivity, suitable for shooting with large aperture lenses (such as Noctilux, Summilux, Summicron) during the day. This film is Leica's first self-branded 135 film launched to commemorate the centenary of Leical released in 1925, paying tribute to 35mm photography.

Many people speculate that this film is a repackaged Adox 50, also a German company. After all, Leica does not have a production line for producing film.
