Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status through the following methods:

① Email Tracking: Please check the order confirmation email you received.  Click the order tracking link in the email or follow the provided email address to inquire about the latest updates on your order.

② Website Inquiry: You can visit K&F CONCEPT official website, in the upper right corner of the page in the shopping mall directory column, find and click on the “my order history” option, you can view your order status and access detailed information about your order.

③ Personal Center: Log in to your center on our website and click the "my order history" section to check the order status.   Please note that this feature is only available on PC. If you are using a mobile device, you may not be able to access this feature.&
