1. specs
Sensor: It is expected to be equipped with Fuji's latest 40.2-megapixel APS-C sensor, which is the same sensor as the flagship model XT5, which significantly improves resolution and image quality details.
Processor: It may be equipped with X-Processor5 processor, which has obvious improvements in computing speed, focusing performance (such as tracking accuracy) and video processing capabilities (such as 4K recording optimization) compared with the previous generation X-Processor 4.
IBIS: It is highly likely that the five-axis IBIS of XT5 or X100Vi will not be used. It may only retain the basic anti-shake function, and the success rate of handheld shooting in dark environments may be limited.
2. Film simulation and color
Equipped with all film simulations, color science is still the main selling point. Fuji's film simulation algorithm will continue to optimize the jpg effect to attract users who focus on "not liking post-processing".
3.Video and control
Video performance: supports 4K/60 frame recording, may use the specifications of X-E4, but the processor upgrade may improve the jello effect problem.
Body design: continues the retro style of the X-E series, emphasizes lightweight and compactness (close to the size of M43 camera), the control button layout may be simplified, more suitable for entry-level users.
4. Marketing and price
Pricing forecast: The domestic price is expected to be about US$850, which is higher than the same-level competitors such as Nikon Z30 and Canon R50, but with Fuji's brand premium and advantages, it may still be favored by a specific group
