Panasonic Releases the LUMIX S 100-500mm F5-7.1 0.1.S. Lens

By optimizing the lens structure and utilizing a dual-phase linear motor drive, the lens achieves a compact design with an overall length of only 196.1mm and a weight of 1285g. Its 80mm aperture and maximum diameter of 92mm ensure excellent super-telephoto performance while remaining portable.

As the first super-telephoto zoom lens in the LUMIX S series*1 to cover a focal length of 500mm, this lens supports a teleconverter*2 (DMW-STC20/DMW-STC14 sold separately), extending the combined focal length to 1000mm. With this product, Panasonic aims to provide both amateur and professional photographers with a lightweight yet powerful super-telephoto shooting experience, helping to expand the boundaries of image creation.
