Sony is about to release the A1M2a camera, featuring a minor screen upgrade

According to Sony Alpha Rumors, US distributors are reporting that the A1M2 is no longer in stock, as the successor model is expected to be released within a month or two.

Analysts suggest that the A1M2a is essentially an upgraded version of the existing A1M2 with an upgraded LCD screen. Sony has previously employed this strategy, including the recently released "new" FX3a.
