On January 7th, Nikon announced the release of the NIKKOR Z 24-105mm f/4-7.1 zoom lens, compatible with full-frame/FX-format mirrorless cameras. The NIKKOR Z 24-105mm f/4-7.1 covers a focal length range from 24mm wide-angle to 105mm medium telephoto, allowing users to fully utilize its wide zoom range to freely depict diverse shooting scenes and subjects. Whether it's expansive landscapes, distant subjects, table photography, or candid portraits, it can be presented with ease. While possessing versatility, this lens features a lightweight design of approximately 350g, ensuring excellent portability, making it especially suitable for extended shooting sessions or travel. The lens has a minimum focusing distance of only about 0.2m at the wide-angle end and about 0.28m at the telephoto end, achieving a noticeable foreground and background blur effect when shooting at close range, resulting in impressive image quality. In addition, the lens has a maximum reproduction ratio of about 0.5x, which can magnify the subject in close-up shots and delicately depict the beauty of details, further expanding the possibilities of image expression.
