According to Sony Alpha Rumors, Sigma is about to release two world-first lenses: the 135mm F1.4 and 20-200mm.

The Sigma 135mm F1.4 is a full-frame autofocus lens for Sony E-mount and Leica cameras, a first for any manufacturer. The closest competitor might be the manual focus Zhongyi Optics 135mm F1.4, but that lens is large, heavy, and offers mediocre optical performance. Sigma's new 135mm lens will be a spiritual successor to the legendary 105mm F1.4 DG HSM Art, and thanks to its additional 30mm of focal length, it will offer even more extreme bokeh effects.

In addition, the Sigma 20-200mm is also a full-frame autofocus lens for Sony E-mount and Leica L-mount cameras, another unprecedented offering. Most travel zoom lenses are 28-200mm (like the Tamron) or 24-200mm, but starting at 20mm for a wide-angle lens is a game-changer. This ultra-wide-angle makes it not only perfect for travel and landscape photography, but also for vloggers. In short, this could be the ultimate one-lens-for-all. While no information is available on the lens' aperture yet, it's speculated to be f/3.5-6.3.

There are currently no leaks, pricing, or release dates for these two lenses. What we do know is that Sigma will hold a product launch event around August 19th. The event will feature the 200mm f/2 DG OS Sports lens. Sigma will also release the 12mm f/1.4 D Contemporary lens and possibly the 35mm f/1.2 DG Art lens. The two lenses revealed today may launch a bit later, perhaps in September at the latest.
