Sony to hold Be Alpha event on October 16th, possibly unveiling the A7M5

According to Sony Alpha Rumors, Sony will hold a "Be Alpha" event in Barcelona on October 16th. Sony previously unveiled the A7M4 at a similar event in Barcelona. There's no indication the A7M5 will be unveiled there yet. However, it's worth noting that the A7M4 was also unveiled in October that year, specifically on October 2, 2021.

In terms of specifications, the Sony A7M5 will feature the same 4-axis, multi-angle flip screen design as the A7R5. Furthermore, it will be equipped with a 33-megapixel image sensor, though it's unclear whether this sensor is the same as the A7M4.
